I noted your silly proffers as to the main why and in that they are dumb all rationale proffered from them is dumb. Send goods and money and that if nice but not really needed. Iraq has it's own wealth. You are totally clueless to the problems of chaos in bringing in more cultures with unknown capabilities. If Kurzweil is over your head and it's quite straight forward then you clearly simply do not have the mental tools ,training and experience to assess the edges of two edged swords.
