The dictatorship of the proletariat never really happened Nor any of the fascist utopias. In politics, it's best not to confuse theory and practice. I've always thought the simplistic label of "communist" was obfuscation. Why is communist any more of a simplistic label than fascist? Maybe your just "hung-up" on labels, so I'll try this from another angle. Do you believe there are dictatorships from extremists on the left as well as the right? Or do you think the right has some kind of monopoly on totalitarian governments? If you do think dictatorships on the left exist, give me a non-communistic example. Just trying to understand your mindset. lurqer
