My (possibly narrow, possibly flawed) definition of terrorist is a group that targets civilians. Those who target the military are guerrillas. Simply using non-conventional means does not make someone a terrorist, else both the US and Israel were born of 'terrorists' and not freedom fighters. I do agree that there are many unanswered questions, including the 26 blank pages. I suspect they hide Saudi involvement, potentially financing, possibly complicity. More reasons for a thorough investigation...
