Scott,

Have you seen anything clear cut and definitive on how the recall process is to work?

I've heard Arianna Huffington say on Friday that she has until August 9 to file for the race.

Today on a talk show the filing date was said to be August 11.

But what I don't understand is what the ballot that the voter will stare at on October 7th will look like.

Will the voter first vote the recall up or down and then cast a vote for the candidate of their choice?

Will only voters who vote in favor of the recall get to vote for a candidate?

Can Davis place himself on the ballot?

Can the California State Supreme Court tell the Viennese brat-wurst to go take a flaming leap?
