This Is A Positive Step Forward For The REPs. They are following Canada's and other's lead in getting down to basics on how to rebulid a country and in doing so rebuild the confidence and respect of the country's peoples. The warlords can only do so much and the security forces can only do much to stop them.It is from the ground up that Afghanistan will emerge as viable nation. It's unfortunate it took the REPs two years to get their act straight on this one, but better late than never I guess. KC
