Well I don't really care about meg or processors. I use a p3-866 with a gig of memory and with google I can look up lots and lots of stuff.

If you want to disable RFID implants, all you have to do is consult google. All you really need to know is the size of EMP required for your specific personal problem. Of course you can live in a faraday cage until you figure that out.
