what is it about free trade that you don't get Anindo. The issue is the tax burden in this country is levelled against the workforce in the form of payroll taxes. That needs to shift to some generalized form of income tax so that simply hiring a worker doesn't make a company pay through the nose. What is so difficult for you to understand. I think you are symathetic to india but the fact is, I have worked with many indians from wipro and other companies and they are quite horrible in terms of skill and value. The problem US companies have, is that the tax burden makes it so difficult to hire they would rather suffer with an inferior workforce than pay so much. BTW I was an oracle shareholder and as you can see by the quality in their product line, it is not welcome news.
