You don't have a clue what people in Vietnam feel about their country. You don't have any basis to make comparisons. Vietnam is free -- that is worth something to the Vietnamese people. They paid a heavy, heavy price for their freedom -- millions of their uncles, sons, daughters, fathers and mothers -- all killed by people in Washington spending your tax dollars and sending our troops to die as well. We paid a heavy price, sacrificing fine young Americans in the prime of their lives, but in sheer numbers, the price paid by the Vietnamese was devastating. The Vietnamese put freedom first, ahead of all other things. It is a vibrant, market-based economy. Likewise in China, where markets are booming. You look foolish commenting on things about which you obviously know nothing. Is that what you do around here?
