Clinton was being sued for sexual harassment
by Paula Jones. Under the "Violence Against
Women Act of 1994" which was passed by the
Democrat-controlled Congress (and signed into
law by Clinton himself!), the attorneys for
Paula Jones were _ENTITLED_ to ask Clinton
questions under oath about his sexual behavior
in the workplace (even if it was _consensual_
behavior as was the case with Monica Lewinsky)
in order to establish a "pattern of behavior".

Clinton committed perjury during this testimony.
The Democratic party apparently does not think
this perjury is a serious issue at all.
Thus, the only logical conclusion is that the
Democratic party doesn't really care about enforcement
of the nation's sexual harassment laws.
