Time for an update on what I've been doing in my own portfolio. Over the last month or two I've added significantly to AMEV and REGN, and taken a little off the table in GILD and a substantial portion of IGEN. (Of course the latter proved to be a mistake, redeemed only by a re-purchase in the recent dip to the mid-20's). I've also done a bit of selling in some of my smaller holdings. Generally I've sat put in most of my holdings.

Most of my relative holding changes have come from stock price changes - fortunately mostly to the upside of late. Here's my current top holdings list:

SEPR
GILD (a distant second)
MOGN (now near to challenging GILD)
NBIX
AMEV (challenging NBIX)
KDUS
FRX (the only real disappointment of late)
REGN
CELG
IGEN
LGND
KOSN (reduced some)
CBST
DOVP
OSIP
CNCT
POZN
TKTX
DSCO
KOSP
CVTX
TLRK

FWIW,

Peter
