Kim Jong Il isn't likely to sell them since he wants them for his own deterrence program and defense shield from which to hide his regime behind.


I don't agree, Hawk. He has a proven record of selling Military items, and he is desperate for money.

Of course. Everybody knows the deal, and everybody wants the deal to happen. It's just a question of negotiating the price. I suspect that recent events in Iraq have weakened our hand in those negotiations, but there's nothing to be done about that now.
