If the NFI shorts had taken the time to dig deeper and find what you know about NFI, they could have saved themselves $100 million in lost investor capital in the past six months. Big success in the markets on the FA side comes from knowing what's really going on instead of buying (or shorting) the glib headlines we are bombarded with every day. Nice summary. I also sold NFI waaaaaaay too soon but a friend of mine has made a mint staying long through thick and thin.
