I usually don't think about stuff like that.

It's totally out of my control and subject to political whims. Lease rates though, there's something we can get our trading teeth into.

RE Silver use.

Russ I am aware that copper is now being banned as a preservative in wood. Several states are in the process of doing so and have dates for the faze out in place.( Pressure treated wood is a huge industry and needs to find a much less toxic preservative- there are rumors that continued use of the toxic brews used at present could create as much impact on industry as asbestos has had in recent years )

One of the proposals is to use silver as a wood preservative. I believe there are experiments going on at this time to test how well it works ,cost and safety.

I know you are a hard fact guy. And this is mush. But its the best I got and may get some meat tossed out on the thread.

I will post any meat that I come across.
