If that post is a "threat" then this entire thread is a "threat." Have you read the introduction to this thread? It says: With the benefit of Counsel, I am leading a major lawsuit against a number of day trading, so-called "instant execution" brokerage firms and their Internet chat/trading site "partners." Notifying Mr. Johns of my intent to sue him gives him the opportunity to find a lawyer in advance. I did him a favor.
