Well, if Katherine Harris counted the votes, maybe 80%.

Bush's popularity is plunging. Rove is biting his fingernails to the bone. The sour economy, the Iraq quagmire, the truth-gate scandal, letting Al Qaeda off the hook while we lost focus on Saddam, the lack of WMD and any of the original war justifications, are all coming home to roost.

Another one-term Bush.
