Ah, yes, the New Republican economic theory. Wave the flag and run up the deficit. Deficits are good *if* a Republican president runs them up.

What a crook. Yes, you are right, someone *is* in for a surprise, and a purge. The kicker is that it will be Bush and the Neocons, who have abandoned the tenets of conservatism and embodied the worst aspects of American history: imperialism and overspending.
