Scion knows he has no proof I am Don. None exists. But I have no cause of action. However, once they invaded the privacy of a private person while defaming her the story changed and boy do the damages change when it is a professional involved in a lawsuit. She will have reason to access all of their identities and their current addresses. I wonder how many companies and people will sit up and take notice of that little fact. Poor Viperchick. She is defamed, emotionally distressed, abused, and frightened. I heard she suffered a physical injury recently and this must be a set back to her recovery. Oh boy, what a lawsuit. So the trio is linking all of us together. Assume that Bandita in actuality is not Viperchick. I don't think it will matter in court. Also, it is my understanding that there were direct posts accusing Viperchick of being associated with Don - not just through Bandita. However, because the trio was stating as fact that Viperchick is Bandita then anything attributed to Bandita is attributed to Viperchick. ragingbull.lycos.com

The "outing" of annoynomous (sic) posters I think will be an issue and not just for a TOS violation. You see some of the people being "outed" are said to be federal witnesses (oops there are federal laws about intimidating witnesses) and some are just innocent people that are going to be put in harms way. People can speculate all they want, but what proof do they have unless they have illegally hacked into a computer system or illegally obtained info from a service provider. Even the hunt for the infamous "Janice Shell" has gone from border to border from sea to sea and from Milan to the Promenade in Santa Monica, but most still don't know shet about Janice! Gee, I have even heard rummors that at least eight people are Observer22. Now as for scion, well, he could be pluvia, or gumball, or floydie, or just a piece of shet on the bottom of my shoe, but who really cares?
