I'm not aware of a lawsuit having been filed and am under no court order to preserve any of the contents of this thread.

Oh, really? I have e-mail evidence proving otherwise. Your own public statements on this thread prove otherwise. That's not a very smart statement, Bob.

It ain't your site. I will delete any posts I feel should be deleted for any reason. I use the Terms of Use as my guidebook on deletions, but if I want to delete capriciously, guess what?

Do it, and you risk facing felony charges of obstruction of justice.

SI is under no obligation to be your personal permanent information repository.

SI purports to be a public forum. You may want to check with counsel about what that means. And, under numerous laws, if you decide to start editing public posts here as you indicate you think is your right, guess what? Then you set yourself and this site within the realm of being liable for all statements made here, because you are no longer a passive website, but are asserting editorial control. I hope you realize this before you start to put your foot into a black hole.

The former administrators of this site, by deleting posts and suspending me multiple times have brought that very real risk upon themselves. Would you like to do the same? Be very careful now.

Thank-you, Bob. As with all posts, I recorded that one. So, SI asserts editorial control over all public statements made here. Not very wise to say so in public, and I expect you just upset a lot of the defendants, because this indicates that SI controls this forum's statements in any which way it sees fit. Ask any reputable attorney what this means. When you assert editorial control over public statements, this site is no longer passive, and becomes liable for everything said and done here. That's because by asserting editorial control, you then assume certain responsibilities. You may want to ask a qualified legal services professional about the case law regarding this issue. It's quite clear.

Terra Nova is a former sponsor of this site. SI reaped financial benefit from that relationship. And its employees ran rampant here for a long, long time, defrauding innocent members of this community. So, what you just did, in public, is to claim control over statements made here, that you may delete them at your own discretion.

Thank-you! Now this statement I will surely introduce into evidence before the Court, when the issue of fraud through SI is raised.

Before you start asserting editorial control over what purports to be a public forum where anyone is free to speak freely, just for the record: filed October 11, 2002 in San Francisco Superior Court, Olivier L. F. Asser vs. Christopher Rea, Trading Places, Inc., Philip Berber, CyberTrader, Inc., the Charles Schwab Corporation, Manhattan Beach Trading, Inc., Terra Nova Trading, LLC and DOES 1-10.

Of course, you knew that, because I posted the Complaint in its entirety here, and you did most certainly comment upon it, didn't you?
