I don't know if that was suggested, implied or said to be rumor (multiple users). Whichever, it is trivial and unimportant. But first I would like to speak for myself, and make two things very clear: (1) I have never invested in a stock that I have posted on, which I doubt you could say and (2) I have never been paid by or asked by anyone to post on a message board. I would also like to reply to your "scam" comment. President Bush has said words to the effect that "we may be doing many things, which the public will not be aware of", or words to that effect. Some such as yourself tend to bask in noteriety, others just do what they have to do and have no need for recognition. I truly respect and am impressed with your ability to do due dilligence. You and Floyd are probably among the best when it comes to that topic. More recently I would add mmmary to that list. Considering you are so good at DD, here is a simple assignment that you can do and at the same time answer your own question. Go to the posting of Observer and check his/her very first postings on the RB GENI board and follow the thread a bit. You will find that Observer was the first to publicly point out that GENI was the scam that we all ultimately discovered. I point this out because normally you are well balanced and donot make personal attacks or make unfounded statements. I would not doubt that it was the communication that Observer had with the SEC, that initially stimulated an investigation of GENI. But hey what do I know. Good luck and enjoy the warm sun! ragingbull.lycos.com
