I wonder how he could state that "as a fact"?

"Saudi billionaire oil and arms trader Adnan Khashoggi stated in a television-interview,that he advanced $1 million to help finance the first arms shipment in the Iran Contra arms scandal and put up $4 million for the second shipment. According to the President's special review board, which was led by former Sen. John Tower, a foreign official (allgedly Saudi King Fahd) donated between $1 million to $2 million monthly from July 1984 to April 1985 to support covert financing for the Contras. Saudi Arabia denied any aid to the Nicaraguan rebels, but the New York Times reported the contribution may have been part of a 1981 secret agreement between Riyadh and Washington "to aid anti communist resistance groups around the sophisticated American AWACS radar planes, according to United States officials and others familiar with the deal." It appears that you like to cut and paste, without doing any independant verification.

Ask any credible journalist what they think of Seymour Hirsh and see what answer you will get . Some say he is the father of yellow journalism. Just ask any Washington insider about Seymour the conspiracy monger and see what they say!

I have also been reading all of your Khashoggi postings and you do have one thing wrong. After an extensive and very expensive investigation by the FBI and the United States Attorneys Office, it was determined that Khashoggi had no involvement whatsoever in Iran/ Contra. But, don't believe me, check the Congressional records and you will find that Khashoggi was not involved in Iran/Contra . That is a myth that has been perpetuated by yellow journalists like Seymour Hersh, who I will say has a long standing grudge with certain people in Washington.

Iran/Contra hearings were a matter of public record. Check the record and you will not find Khashoggi even mentioned. You see, it was a well known fact in the 1980s that Khashoggi was a loose cannon and he was purposely avoided by the Iran/Contra figures, eventhough he tried getting involved.

As you check the Congressional record, you will also find that Fugler and Seal were also not a part of Iran/Contra, nor were they even mentioned in the official Congressional record.

There are some people that have first hand knowledge and that is more than I can say for Seymour!
