OTOH, they've gotta "balance" the budget somehow, don't they? Casino action works for 'em in the stock market, this is the next logical step!

Defense officials hope to gain intelligence and useful predictions while investors who guessed right would win profits.

Does anyone still believe the U.S. Gov is above and beyond flying airplanes into buildings, or the other sinister acts that transpire? How transparent can the ba$tardz be?
