<If you fight about who is a patriot, you begin to wallow in the mud- imo.>

I have a consistent method, here. I never start the "I'm the patriot, you're the traitor" line. But I always respond in kind, when someone throws that mud at me. Strict Reciprocity is my motto.

If I don't respond, I've conceded that ground. My analysis of history is this: one of the big mistakes of the movement against the last asian anti-guerrilla war, was that the Peace Party let the War Party wrap themselves in the flag. And I see the War Party trying to claim that ground again, very consistently, very loudly.

I will wallow in all the mud I have to, but I will not concede that ground.
