And not only that. According to the declassified CIA document, CIA actually had a plan in 1960s to set up some terrorist activity on US land (FL or somewhere) and then frame Cuba for it. It was only be pulled off at the last minute by the head of Latin America Dept. of CIA. And talk about terrorist activity and stock market. Still there is no one investigating who benefited from a couple of thousands of options on US airline companies bought right before 9.11 and sold right after. I read somewhere the profit was in billions.
