Hu Jintao is primarily a customer, supplier and business partner. Not a "strategic competitor". I believe that's being a bit naive Maurice... Afterall, we discovered Europe is a strategic competitor on the foreign affairs front.. Or should I say that France is trying to drag the rest of Europe along... :0) insane having MAD as a method of keeping the peace in the 21st century. That's no way to ensure harmony with neighbours and other villagers. Yes it is.. But it's even more insane to see people willing to starve millions of people to maintain a million man army... Face it... people can be really bad, when given the opportunity and motivation.. But we can be really good, when inspired and dedicated. Hawk Hawk
