MOY's 784,314 shares of NEM (when and if received) is worth $1.47 per MOY share using NEM closing price of 35.52. In addition MOY still has the NSR, about a half million cash in treasury and other prospects. The four month (or less) closing date used in MOY's 3/24 transaction announcement has come and gone. No press release has been forthcoming to explain the status. Several other shareholders who are active in the stock can be seen at Investor Hub trying to make contact with the company, but to no avail.I gave up months ago.

Draw your own conclusions, as I really have none other than to observe that the arbitrage is as wide as ever, so I'm holding. And yes, I am annoyed, but what else is new?.
