They are already warning of more attacks by the end of the summer. They need more attacks to ward of the congressional scrutiny of Patriot Act and to get passage of Patriot Act II. Patriot Act is going to sunset in 2004 unless PA II is passed which cancels the sunset clauses and makes everything permanent. I hope congress doesn't fall for this charade. I know what you mean about things disappearing that are incriminating to the government. I watched a video Waco: The Rules of Engagement. It clearly shows that the Branch Dividians were murdered by the FBI as they tried to flee the fire. Now the tape has recently become unavailable. The reason is the studio has decided to not to make any more copies. Plus Amazon.com seems to have pulled their stock. And the man who was responsible for the technology and the report that the FBI shot the Branch Dividians was found dead in his home in 2000. Case never solved.
