Also, why would a site who has an invasion of privacy clause in their Terms of Use as well as a repeated documented view about posting personal information allow such a thing to happen to a private individual with known information about Elgindy. I suspect if personal information was posted of someone defending Elgindy that the sites in question would delete it PDQ.

Methinks the lady in question doth protest too much, even for a drama queen...I hope she read that section she quoted very thoroughly.

TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 73 > Sec. 1512. Prev | Next
Sec. 1512. - Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant

In addition, those that could be called as a witness because of their knowledge fall into that category.

The FBI needs to investigate this whole matter including any part Elgindy or those associated with him played in the intimidation of current or potential federal witnesses.

The personal emails and private messages of the individuals in question need to be investigated. The fact that Swash is likely not you is irrelevant because Scion and crew claimed that it was you. So, anything they did to Swash was in effect being done to you.

Also, why would a site who has an invasion of privacy clause in their Terms of Use as well as a repeated documented view about posting personal information allow such a thing to happen to a private individual with known information about Elgindy. There was NO legitimate reason to post ANY information identifying me except to harass, intimidate, and put my safety and that of my family at risk.

Please pass this post on to the appropriate people.

What a strange person....how many aliases has "viperchick" used anyway? And where and what is that "personal information" of hers that she is so "concerned" about?
