The FBI needs to investigate this whole matter including any part Elgindy or those associated with him played in the intimidation of current or potential federal witnesses. The personal emails and private messages of the individuals in question need to be investigated. The fact that Swash is likely not you is irrelevant because Scion and crew claimed that it was you. So, anything they did to Swash was in effect being done to you.
