I think it's possible he has a real case, but the information he's provided here is too sketchy to determine that. If he does have a real case, I think it's now not up to the legal system, but up to whether or not Ollie can restrain himself, and not make the same mistakes in the courtroom that he has made here. He needs an attorney that will put up with him, and needs to learn to listen to expert advice and heed it. And he needs to shut up about it until the case is over. SIBob just did him the biggest favor that anyone could have.
