The key para " at a minimum the CBOE and government regulators who are conducting the secret investigations have known for some time who made the options puts on United and American airlines. The silence from the investigating camps could mean any of several things: Either terrorists are responsible for the puts on the airline stocks; others besides terrorists had foreknowledge; the puts were just lucky bets by credible investors; or, there is nothing whatsoever to support the insider-trading rumors"

So, who was involved? Until that happens the rest of the article is avoiding the issue and a cover-up continues.

Forget about the easy to dismiss nonsense about "$100 million" etc. Forensic accounting has not been done, or if it has it has not been reported to the American people.

If there were hanky-panky it would more likely have been someone with knowledge of the plot who got careless. The fact that these names and actual numbers have not been released is another brick in the wall of silence by the administration, who is the only branch capable of keeping this quiet and issuing these kinds of "feel good" articles.
