If 9200 door slams shut at coming attempt, DOW closing target becomes much more likely
9191 now and betting 9200 doesn't give

Saddam was indeed the culprit for the sudden turnaround late morning.
If he is caught, the positives will be short-lived. Nothing changes for overall mkt direction
