I'm still here. Just can't take DR's debate tactics; he ignores the central point, changes the subject. Ignores facts; it's a time wasting activity to respond to his posts.

Then again you've been predicting the crash of the real estate market every year for what, 5 years? Eventually, you will be right. I've been predicting the Cubs would win the World Series, some day I'll be right also (but not in my lifetime).
