Considering that they have been unable or unwilling to figure out who or what country made a Killing off the Killing of Americans in the 911 attack on the futures trading leading into the attack, I find this mind boggling and complete fantasy....

CNBC just aired a web site that I assume is from DARPA. CNBC is ever so delicately stepping all around it. Very few, well-considered words, uncharacteristically of the network, in reporting on this news event.

Anyone seen the DARPA site regarding the Death Exchange or is it already black?
