I believe that article was written in March of 2001 - over two years ago. A lot of things have happened the past two years and most of them negative for businesses.

Yes, that was PascaL two years ago, things change. Considering the difficulties and sorting out that's been going on in the industry over that last two years, I consider it an accomplishment to have survived, marginally profitable, some great technology waiting to be exploited (take that how you wish). Sometimes these technology bets take time tom come to fruition. But is there really much doubt that VoIP will come to dominate, or the SDR is important. Not in my opinion. A matter of time. Of course doesn't mean SSPI is automatically going to be a winner. --Mike
