Bernard "one time gain" Naw, things were going along just fine until last Q report when they took a huge charge against goodwill on the last four aquisitions. When the SEC ruling on goodwill came into effect it made balance sheets more in line with actual assests. Made a hell of a difference to holding companies like MEDT. I've passed on the stock, but will keep an eye on it just for fun. ICTS will have a built in buyer come the 6th of Aug. Just waiting for the gap at 3.70ish to fill before then. If it does not fill by the 5th.......I'm a buyer again!! LOL Ken
