No, I don't believe that alleged criminals like Dr. Phan revert to saints. You may hope they reach an epiphany, but in investing, that's not the way to bet. I, too, sold my HRCT holdings recently, but at .62 Today's runup in the stock has all the earmarks of speculation on the possible revaluation of the Chinese yuan. The August 4 issue of BUSINESS WEEK magazine has an article stating that China must revalue the yuan, which is 30% undervalued. Chinese officials, politely but firmly, have told the WEST: Get lost.
