$1.37 ? I think its $1.59 here, not sure tho, I stopped looking at gas prices at the same time I gave up looking at the left side the menus.
You must live near Oklahoma City- I bought oil there at 10 cents a quart once. Thats back when oil was oil, all green and smelled like an oil well does ..A '34 Ford with bad rings can use a lot of it.
I have never worked out the complexities of dealing with bonds. . Maybe best to trust the experts you mention.
