Hey have you thought of something, what if somebody puts a TON of money on Arafats assassination. Think that maybe encourages this kind of behavior?

Sure we have the oil futures market but if a leader of OPEC is assassinated is there a direct cause/effect with oil futures- NO. IT is muted. The difference between this disgusting example of the misuse of power and technology is that it directly prognosticates catastrophic violent events. A child could see this is WAY OUT OF LINE. But all Wolfowitz has to say is "its too creative". They will find out what the public thinks of this in O4.
