"...Federal Reserve released its rosiest "Beige Book" economic synopsis in a year...

..Reports from the 12 Fed districts found "additional signs that the pace of economic activity increased a notch during June and the first half of July."

A majority the Fed districts -- or 8 of the 12 regions -- reported "somewhat stronger growth" in the period since mid-June.

"Consistent with the generally more positive assessments of current economic activity, several districts noted increased optimism about economic prospects in coming months," the survey found..."
