I bring up the tax free capital gains of up to $500k on the sale of a primary residence, every two years (and it's pro-ratable) SIGNED buy Clinton because I get tired of hearing how only Republican tax breaks are a "gift to the rich". You'd be surprised how many people don't know that their neighbor, a millionare just cashed out of his house for $500k tax free.
