well, Ted, it really didn't kick in until after the market crash in 2000. So you are really off base here.


Well, jim, where did it not kick in until 2000? FLA? I told you before most but not all parts of FLA were late to the party primarily due to overbuilding. However, other markets in CA and in the NW and in the NE and in Denver and in AZ etc had seen considerable price appreciation by 2000.

Go figure...

Yes, go figure..........out what the facts are before blaming Clinton for something positive. Never mind.....do what you want, its your rep.
