Confusing, isn't it? If I hadn't been following along with events as they unfold I'd be bewildered. The lawsuit mentioned was the Marchese v Dobry lawsuit. "I'm not Pugs and I'm not posting" Dobry settled in that one. Marvin did not get 'fired'. In fact he boasted on the message boards that he had been given a morning show and had his contract renewed. He pursues his lawsuits still, claims he has lost 50 lb through diets, and has set up his own weblog to muse on life and how he has changed his ways (again).
