All countries believe other countries to be immoral in some sense. If all it took to justify war was the morality of one country being applied to another, several hundred wars per year could be justified.

Sovereignty is sovereignty. We repelled the invasion of Kuwait because their sovereignty was violated -- and obviously not in support of democracy. The sovereignty of Iraq was never at issue -- Iraq was and is a sovereign nation, albeit one that is currently subject to foreign domination by an army of occupation. Were it functioning properly, the UN would need to organize a force or take measures to repel our invasion of a sovereign country.
