nice grub... <g> excellent article by terry keenan....i'm going to email it to my son....we were just chatting the other day and he was talking about the fact the he felt so "out of it" since he hadn't bought a house in the "red hot" LA market... i'm going to bold the last line of sir john templeton's remarks.. Templeton's advice for 2003? Pay down your credit card bills, sell overpriced homes and bank the profits my son has zero debt, has saved over $250K in 5 years (just from his employment and living frugally, except for electronics and computer equip <g>), drives a new car (paid for)...so he was one step ahead of sir john... :)
