RE:"You can't believe that Bush would start a war for oil, yet you firmly believe that Clinton would attack to distract from a blow job. Amazing".

Hey, those BJ-lube jobs were just as important to Clint as oil is to the rest of us. It's all in the priorities ya know...<G>

JF, I have always stated that oil is indeed relevant when it comes to Iraq. However, it's hypocritical to single out Bush. It should be obvious why, and I'm not going to repeat myself.

You can't believe that Bush would start a war for oil, yet you firmly believe that Clinton would attack to distract from a blow job. Amazing.

Let me restate. Clinton also attacked Iraq to distract from a blow job (and his perjury, and his obstruction of justice, and his public image, etc.) You notice how the vast majority of his military actions occurred in 1998 and 1999, the years of the scandal. Coincidence?

If you think that's too petty a reason for Clinton to go to war, consider this: None of his military actions during those two years were tough or costly decisions to make. A cruise missile attack on Sudan, a bombing campaign on Iraqi targets that has no anti-air defenses, and a Kosovo conflict that Europe wanted America's help in anyway.

Compare that with the enormous consequences over Bush's decision to invade Iraq, and you'll see the method behind my so-called madness.
