Yep, it takes a while for them to throw in the towel...as with any bubble. Japans real estate market has been declining for about 12 years and they haven't been making any more land either. I suspect Silicon Vally will undergo a similar fate.

Are they having any increase in foreclosures out there? Many people underwater from the price they bought at?
Colorado is having to deal with that right now along the front range due to tech lay offs.
