I was referring to the soldiers dying in Iraq. But then, that doesn't mean a thing to you. Like your hero, the chickenhawk chimp, you sit at your keyboard and say "Bring 'em on!"

Shame on you!

I wish not one of our brave soldiers and marines would have to give his life for his country, I am sure President Bush wishes it even more as it was his decision to make. But, he realizes, as do I, the price of FREEDOM has never been cheap. This time it is not OUR freedom directly effected but the freedom of one of the oldest civilizations on earth. I believe, not only is this an honorable undertaking but that it WILL pay dividends to us in the future when PEACE is finally established in the Middle East. How many AMERICAN civilian lives will ultimately be saved when stateless terrorists no longer have anyplace to hide, nor support? The answer will never be known, but those of you young enough to expect to live another 50 years, mark my words, this will become America's most glorious gift to the world. jdn
