I think the concern is the offshoring of the jobs, meaning nobody physically in the US to pay taxes, and the offshoring of all the administration jobs like claims adjuster or accountant etc.

I mean if you are going to run a deficit like this, we have to have some kindof recovery in jobs that is just assumed. I don't think we're going to get it.
