N. Wayne, again re IVN...

Given what is now a very high volume breakout into short term quite over sold areas, I'm likely to be a partial seller on any gap up opening into the $4.40 area should such materialize tomorrow. Pattern I'd expect would be distributional and consolidational from there for a couple of weeks. IVN has had surges in volume and price similar to this one in the past; they have been followed by protracted and significant sell offs. With high volume support existing at $3.60 cdn I would certainly expect that area to hold and likely not even be reached.

The measure I get of the sideways formation from which IVN has emerged is $4.81. It may reach that after a retrenchment first, prior to attaining $4.40. I'd be a partial seller then at that higher level a little further down the road as by then momentum should be on the wane in the fashion of the early '02 rally.
