JF, I guess that's part of our disagreement. Is he still in Kuwait? Did he attack another Arab country after Bush War I? Did he threaten anyone, anytime; was their ANY indication that he was going to threaten anyone, anytime? We're going on a big tangent here, so let me say this and end this branch of the thread: None of those were reasons why Clinton attacked Iraq in 1998. He attacked because of WMD. That was the focus of the "deterrence," but even Clinton admits that when he left office, Saddam still had WMD. Tenchusatsu
