Yes, and now the english get the credit for finally getting rid of their overaged two-party system.

Scotland, Wales and both Irlands have already done it, which obviously
puts some pressure on London.

Luckily without declaring total independence as they all soon will be equal members
of both EU and the EMU.

It will be interesting too see what kind of solution the english will come to, under
the pressure, when the issue once again has the ban in terms public debate lifted.

Btw, it is easier now for UK as they have been busy sorting out their colonies,
those Falkland islands are still a little problem, but HongKong and Gibraltar are
taken care of. Finally UK can have a constitution and as a member of EU it
should become a fairly modern one.
